Marc Devlin
Senior Vice President, Transportation and Industrial Operations
Over the last several years, Marc has overseen significant growth in the division specifically in the provision of Operations and Maintenance to Public Private Partnership style contracts. With a large infrastructure portfolio under his leadership, Marc is also responsible for managing operational risk and long-term financial growth tied to contractual performance. During his tenure, the group has successfully implemented comprehensive operations and maintenance programs for a number of high-profile projects, including Vancouver, B.C.’s Canada Line, the country’s only Airport Rail Link, a major portion of the Trans Canada Highway in New Brunswick, and the Central Utilities Plant and Cogeneration facility for Toronto International Airport, Canada’s busiest transportation hub.
Marc has a wealth of experience in operations management, program management and engineering design acquired over 20 years in a variety of industries both domestically and internationally. He has been instrumental in the completion of projects as diverse as the design and manufacture of the Space Station robotic arm for the Canadian Space Agency and NASA, to the management of large integrated programs and operational organizations at General Motors, Pratt & Whitney and L-3 Communications. He has been on the leading edge of innovative technological implementation to improve operational effectiveness in the aerospace, automotive and hi-technology industries. Marc holds a BASc. from the University of Toronto and is a licensed professional engineer with the Professional Engineers Ontario.
