Our total compensation package is attractive and competitive. We provide a group insurance program that gives you and your family protection in the event of illness or disability, when medical or dental expenses are incurred, and in the event of death. We also make a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program available to each team member and their immediate family.
The Harvest Retirement Program, our Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), allows team members to play an active role in planning for their retirement and provides flexibility. The company contributes to a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan as an incentive for team members to save toward their retirement. If they so choose, team members can direct all or part of their base and/or supplementary contribution to an RRSP account in the name of a spouse.
As a part of our compensation package, we also offer the SNC-Lavalin Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), which provides team members with the opportunity to become SNC-Lavalin shareholders – and, therefore, company owners and investors – so they can share in the value and future growth of the company after they have accumulated six months of service. Team members may allocate contributions to either the Group RRSP or the Non-Registered Plan (NRP) within the ESOP, depending on their priorities.
