The Customer Support Centre has implemented a streamlined process to handle your service requests efficiently. Our goal is to always provide fast, high-quality solutions so you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
- Give us the details of your service request by phone, e-mail or fax, or by sending us a web request or XML transfer file;
- We’ll enter the information into a work order and assign a vendor or technician to fix the problem;
- After the vedor has solved your issue, we’ll close the work order and arrange follow-ups if necessary.
Satisfied customers include Canada Post Corporation (CPC), Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), ISL Engineering and SNC-Lavalin Nexacor (Bell Canada). We provide after-hours support to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and we are the back-up provider for Brun-Way Group and Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA).
